Matthew Dayton is an associate in the firm’s Las Vegas office. Matthew’s practice focuses primarily on real estate, foreclosure mediation/arbitration, unlawful detainer, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights.
Prior to earning his J.D., Matthew attended Brigham Young University, Provo, receiving his Bachelor of Arts in English Teaching, Secondary Education. Matthew taught high school and middle school English in Utah and Nevada before entering law school. During law school Matthew gained experience in civil litigation and negotiation strategies while working in a personal injury firm.
Matthew is licensed to practice law in the both Utah and Nevada. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Districts of Nevada and Utah. Matthew is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and is a committee co-chair of the newly formed Nevada Creditor Association.
