Biography

Maeser Allen is a land use planner supporting Tiffany & Bosco’s Land Use and Zoning practice group. His work focuses on zoning and entitlement research, policy analysis, and development due diligence, helping clients understand how local regulations shape development opportunities across the Phoenix metropolitan area. He works closely with attorneys, consultants, and municipal staff to support projects as they move through the development review process, providing clear analysis of applicable zoning standards, policy considerations, and entitlement pathways.

Maeser’s approach to land use planning is grounded in careful research, strong organization, and clear communication. He helps clients and project teams navigate complex municipal processes by translating planning documents, zoning codes, and staff feedback into practical guidance that informs development strategy. His work often involves coordinating information across multiple stakeholders and reviewing technical materials to ensure that projects align with local planning requirements and timelines.

Prior to his work in land use planning, Maeser held roles in consulting and nonprofit organizations where he led research initiatives, facilitated strategic problem-solving efforts, and coordinated projects involving government, nonprofit, and private-sector partners. Outside of work, Maeser enjoys film photography, hiking, and exploring classic and contemporary cinema.
