Laura Wochner is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, lending, and business transactions.
She represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of developed and undeveloped real property. Her services include drafting and negotiating letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, title review and analysis, assistance in due diligence and analysis of property to be acquired, entity formation and all other matters necessary to take a property transaction from proposal to a closing. She also represents landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
She represents borrowers and lenders in many types of financing arrangements, including the preparation of loan agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, security agreements, guaranties, collateral assignments and all other instruments which are a part of secured lending. Laura also assists clients in all other matters relating to lending transactions including assisting in loan work-outs, restructuring, and loan extensions and modifications.
Laura is a part of the Retail Automotive Industry Practice at Tiffany & Bosco focusing on entity structuring, real estate, sales and leasing, purchase and sale agreements, contracts, and dispute resolution for automotive dealerships. Laura is a member of The National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) a nationwide professional organization of attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle dealers.
She received her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Prior to law school, she graduated cum laude from Arizona State University. Laura went on to have a successful career as an Arizona small business owner before pursuing a career in law. She frequently applies the knowledge and experience gained from running her own business to better serve her business clients legal needs.
