Justin P. Nelson concentrates his practice in civil and commercial litigation. Justin received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, he was a Managing Editor for the Ohio State Law Journal, and his note addressing gaps in the oversight of debt relief companies was published. He was also an extern for the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Justin also provided pro-bono legal services to low-income Ohioans in Ohio State’s Civil Law Clinic and to start-up businesses in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic. At graduation, he received the Greg Travalio Clinic Award for Excellence and Service to the Community for his high level of dedication to clients.
After graduation, Justin served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Kenton D. Jones of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
