Justin P. Nelson concentrates his practice in estate and trust litigation, elder law, guardianships, conservatorships, and probate and trust administration. Justin is a highly effective advocate for his clients. He is attentive to the emotional aspects involved in these practice areas and successfully fashions creative solutions for the difficult problems his clients encounter.
Examples of the matters Justin handles include financial exploitation of vulnerable adult lawsuits, will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and guardianship and conservatorship appointment proceedings. Justin also counsels fiduciaries serving as guardians, conservators, trustees, and personal representatives in managing and administering trusts and estates.
Justin graduated magna cum laude from Southern Utah University and received his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, he served as a Managing Editor for the Ohio State Law Journal and as an extern for the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. At graduation, Justin was awarded the Greg Travalio Clinic Award for Excellence and Service to the Community for his high level of dedication to clients of the law school’s litigation clinic. Before joining Tiffany & Bosco, Justin worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Kenton D. Jones of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
Justin enjoys serving his community and is currently serving a two-year term on the Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors for the Maricopa County Bar Association. He is also a member of the advisory committee for the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts.
