Biography

Enslen’s practice focuses on the representation of numerous national, regional, and local mortgage lenders and servicers, as well as other types of secured creditors, in consumer bankruptcy cases. Enslen advises clients on the most cost-effective and expeditious strategies available to resolve issues before and after a debtor files for bankruptcy, as well as the potential impact of bankruptcy law on day-to-day business transactions. She represents clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court throughout the state.
