Before joining Tiffany & Bosco in July 2021, Denise opened and supervised a New Mexico satellite office of a national law firm which represented creditors in residential mortgage foreclosure and related proceedings for 6 years. Since 2009, Denise has concentrated her practice in representing lenders in real estate foreclosure, litigation, eviction, bankruptcy and related actions.
