Biography

Daniel Henry III is a fearless trial attorney specializing in complex civil litigation. His practice areas of expertise include personal injury and wrongful death cases; insurance bad faith; and business, real estate, and construction disputes. He also specializes in sports and entertainment law, negotiating ground-breaking deals for athletes and artists. Throughout his legal career, Dan has been instrumental in securing winning results for clients through multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.  Prior to his legal career, Dan played Division I Basketball at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, with his teams appearing in back-to-back NEC Championship Games and an NIT Berth. He graduated from Stetson University College of Law and has been featured as a panelist at universities nationwide.
