Members of the Financial Services/Default Servicing Department have developed strong relationships with the governmental agencies both on a local and national basis and are actively involved with local business and community leaders. Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is a member of the FNMA retained attorney foreclosure network for the State of Arizona and, its affiliated company, National Default Servicing Corporation for the State of Nevada. In addition, Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is the only designated counsel in Arizona for both FNMA and FHLMC for eviction services.
Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. has provided a wide range of legal services to the business community and the mortgage banking community since 1963. National Default Servicing Corporation was founded in 1995 by Mark S. Bosco and Michael A. Bosco, Jr., two of the principals at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. as a result of their client's need for a full service Default Firm that could provide both Nationwide Default Outsourcing Services and also provide Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Eviction services for the states of California and Nevada.
We are active members of the USFN — America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys and on a yearly basis have been awarded the Diamond Award of Excellence. We are also very active with our respective State Trustee's Association, as well as the National Mortgage Banker's Association.
