Kevin P. Nelson licensed in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Tribal Court

Tiffany & Bosco P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Kevin P. Nelson has been licensed to practice law in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Tribal Court (“SRPM Court”).  He is also licensed to practice in the Navajo, Hopi, White Mountain Apache and Fort McDowell Yavapai Community Tribal Courts. Kevin joined the firm in 2007 and his litigation and transactional practice focuses on construction, Indian law, personal injury, and regulatory compliance and default issues regarding residential and commercial loans. The clients Kevin represents cover a broad spectrum which includes individuals, institutional and private lenders, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and owners.  Kevin serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Donations Center for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona Association, an Executive Board Member of Arizona Autism United, Inc. (AZA United), and is a also a member of Scottsdale Active 20-30 Club. He also serves on Tiffany & Bosco’s Newsletter and Technology Committees.
