BIOGRAPHY
Sean’s practice focuses on real estate, construction and business litigation. In the real estate area, Sean has represented banks and other lending institutions in lender liability, title defense and collection matters. In the construction area, he has represented property owners, general contractors and subcontractors in the defense and prosecution of construction defect and collection claims. He has also prepared construction contracts for property owners, general contractors and subcontractors to be used in multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects. Finally, Sean has represented officers, directors and managers in litigating and resolving their business disputes.
Sean has appeared before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, Arizona Court of Appeals, Superior Court for the State of Arizona, Arizona Registrar of Contractors and Arizona Board of Appraisal.
Prior to entering private practice, Sean was a Law Clerk to the Honorable William F. Garbarino of the Arizona Court Appeals. While in law school, Sean was an Associate Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal.
Sean is a member of the Construction and Real Property Sections of the State Bar of Arizona.
