BIOGRAPHY
Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona 1961; the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona; and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Assistant U.S. Attorney, 1962-1963. Assistant City Attorney, Phoenix Arizona, 1963-1965. Magistrate, City of Phoenix, 1969-1970. Member: State Bar of Arizona; Maricopa County Bar Association; Federal (Arizona Chapter; President and National Delegate, 1967-1969) and American (Member, Section of Real Property, Probate and Trustee Law) Bar Associations; and Arizona Trustee Association. Associate Member of Mortgage Bankers Association of America and Director of the USFN (America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys) Residential, and founding member of the USFN Commercial/Multi-Family. Mike has been a speaker for the Arizona Trustee Association and the USFN. Additionally, he has participated as a panelist at numerous USFN regional and national seminars, and published articles featured in the Network News. Although his primary efforts are in default servicing, he also heads our firm's Probate Department and has been certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as a private fiduciary. Mike has been a member, director and president of several charitable and civic organizations and he is past president of the Notre Dame University and Michigan State University local alumni organizations.
