BIOGRAPHY
Admitted to the State Bar of Texas 1984; the State Bar of Arizona 1985; the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona; and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Member: MaricopaCounty Bar Association; American Bar Association (Real Property Section); and ArizonaTrustee Association. Associate Member of Mortgage Bankers Association of America and USFN (America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys). Mark has been a featured speaker for the Arizona Trustee Association and the USFN. He has participated as a panelist at numerous regional and national mortgage banking and default servicing seminars, and he has published articles on mortgage banking, default servicing and related topics. Mark is designated counsel for the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) for all forcible entry and detainer and foreclosure actions in the State of Arizona.
