BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Bosco was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1984 and the State Bar of Arizona in 1985. He was subsequently admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona; and the U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, American Bar Association (Real Property Section), Arizona Trustee Association, an Associate Member of Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the USFN (America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys), and the American Foreclosure Network (AFN). Mark has been a regular lecturer at numerous regional and national mortgage banking and default servicing seminars, and he has published numerous articles on mortgage banking, default servicing and related topics.
Mr. Bosco was reappointed as Designated Counsel as of July 22, 2008 for Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and appointed as Designated Counsel for Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) on April 15, 2009 to provide services in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, eviction, related litigation, and REO closing proceedings for the State of Arizona.
Mr. Bosco has also served on the Board of many charitable, youth related and financial organizations. He is very active in dedicating his time to both youth organizations and charitable causes. |
