BIOGRAPHY
Leonard is a member of the Arizona and Texas Bars. Leonard practices primarily in the bankruptcy, eviction, and civil and commercial litigation areas, focusing on representing the rights of creditors. He is an author, speaker, and leading practitioner in the area of enforcing the rights of secured creditors in Chapter 13 and 7 bankruptcies. Leonard also assists clients with obtaining court appointed receiverships and forfeiture actions. Additionally, Leonard practices in the probate area, and in particular, conservatorships and guardianships. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Baylor Alumni Association. Leonard is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Before moving to Phoenix, Leonard practiced law in Dallas, Texas for eight years, and he remains licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
