BIOGRAPHY
Len is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona; Maricopa County Bar Association; and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the American Board of Trial Advocates; and Arizona's Best Lawyers. Len's primary practice areas are Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation and Family Law. Concerning Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation, Len has been involved in substantial and complex cases involving negligence, premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice, and the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization has certified him as a lawyer specializing in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. His Family Law practice includes cases involving large community property estates and child custody issues, and the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization has also certified him as a specialist in Family Law.
