LARRY MCCORMLEY has extensive transactional real estate, bankruptcy, and litigation experience. His practice emphasizes commercial, real estate sales and lending, representation of business entities and individuals involved in the restructure of debt (both in and out of bankruptcy court) and commercial and real estate litigation. He was a contributing editor of the litigation and bankruptcy sections of the Arizona Corporate Practice Guide published by West Publishing Co., and has presented written and oral material at Continuing Legal Education seminars for the State Bar of Arizona.
