BIOGRAPHY
Larry has extensive transactional real estate, bankruptcy, and litigation experience. His practice emphasizes commercial, real estate sales and lending, representation of business entities and individuals involved in the restructure of debt (both in and out of bankruptcy court) and commercial and real estate litigation. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1977 and was certified by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization as a bankruptcy specialist from 1991 to 2008. He was a contributing editor of the litigation and bankruptcy sections of the Arizona Corporate Practice Guide published by West Publishing Co., and has presented written and oral material at Continuing Legal Education seminars for the State Bar of Arizona. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and the State Bar of Arizona and serves in the Bankruptcy and Real Property Sections of the State Bar and the Corporate Section of the MCBA.
