LANCE BROBERG is committed to serving his clients with their diverse and complex litigation needs. In his general civil and commercial litigation practice, Lance focuses extensively in matters regarding intra-corporate disputes and “business divorce.” In addition, Lance serves clients with commercial landlord-tenant disputes, on bankruptcy and appellate matters, and with seeking provisional and other immediate and emergency remedies. Lance’s experience includes successfully obtaining a relatively rare jury verdict awarding punitive damages in his client’s favor. This result was even more unique considering Lance’s client was the defendant in the litigation. Lance has also successfully prosecuted numerous appeals in the Arizona appellate courts and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Lance uses his skills as a client advocate and trial attorney both in the courtroom and in the community. In addition to his experience practicing in the Arizona Courts, Lance devotes much of his time to the Arizona High School Mock Trial program, organized through the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education.
Lance uses his judicial and legislative experience to better serve his clients’ needs. Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, Lance acted as a judicial clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Arizona. During law school, Lance served as an extern for the Executive Office of the President of the United States, Office of National Drug Control Policy, and Office of Legislative Affairs. In addition, he was the Public Relations Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law at the University of Arizona.
