BIOGRAPHY

Kevin is a litigation associate at our firm. His practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis in construction, real estate and Indian law matters.

Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, Kevin worked as an associate with the law firm of Hufford, Horstman, Mongini, Parnell & Tucker, P.C. in Flagstaff, Arizona. His past speaking engagements include presentations on a variety of topics including business formation, business financing and legal issues regarding construction on the Navajo Nation. Kevin also worked as a legal intern in the legal department of Noodles & Company and as a law clerk with the Coconino County Attorneys Office.

At law school, Kevin served as the Technical Production Editor for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy. He also worked as a research assistant for both Professor Richard B. Collins of the University of Colorado School of Law and The Byron R. White Center for the Study of American Constitutional Law.

Kevin is licensed to practice law in Arizona as well as the Navajo, Hopi and White Mountain Apache tribal courts. He has appeared before the Office of Navajo Labor Relations, Navajo Nation Labor Commission and in state and tribal courts.
