BIOGRAPHY
After practicing with another mid-size firm within the Phoenix area, Jeff joined Tiffany & Bosco in 2005 and became a shareholder in 2007. Jeff focuses his practice primarily on the representation of both individuals and business entities, as creditors and debtors, in the bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy workout context. He has represented a wide variety of clients, ranging from individual consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings, to debtors, secured and unsecured lenders, lessors, equity holders and professionals in small and large Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. To date, Jeff has served as lead counsel in nearly 750 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, and has drafted and argued numerous bankruptcy-related appeals in front of the United States District Court, District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Although he focuses his practice on the representation of clients in the bankruptcy context, Jeff also regularly represents clients in general civil and commercial litigation as well. Indeed, Jeff has represented clients in, and conducted trials before, the justice and superior courts of the State of Arizona.
