BIOGRAPHY

James has been with Tiffany & Bosco since 2004. He is a litigation associate who concentrates in securities-fraud litigation and various other commercial-litigation matters.

Outside of the firm James is an active member of Arizona's Bar Association, and has been voted onto the Securities Regulation Section Executive Committee to serve a four-year term. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, as well as the American Bar Association. He also serves on the board of trustees for The Melonhead Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides assistance to families coping with pediatric cancer.

Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, James worked as a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Earl H. Carroll of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Before that he externed full time for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, Airports Division, where he assisted in implementing LAX's noise-mitigation and expansion program.

James is the lead author of the article Constitutional Problems with Discretionary Decisions Regarding Federal Corporate Prosecutions, 43 No. 6 Crim. Law Bulletin 8 (Dec. 2007), the co-author of Lives in Transition: The Global Refugee Community and Arizona's Response, Ariz. Att'y (Jan. 2007), and the author of The New Bluebook, Ariz. Att'y (Nov. 2005).
