BIOGRAPHY

Frank is a civil litigator. He focuses on securities and investment disputes prosecuted in state and federal court. He also represents claimants and respondents in arbitration proceedings before the National Association of Securities Dealers in cases involving churning, suitability violations, and other types of investment fraud. He also defends businesses and individuals in administrative proceedings before the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission, the New York Stock Exchange, and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition to securities matters, Frank represents business and individuals in a wide range of civil and business disputes, including breach of contract and business tort cases. He has represented individuals and contractors in disputes before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and has represented individuals and real estate brokers and agents before the Arizona Association of Realtors and Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Frank is admitted to practice before Arizona state and federal courts as well as the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. He has handled or assisted in cases prosecuted in Arizona's Superior Courts, Courts of Appeal, and Supreme Court.

Before joining Tiffany & Bosco, Frank was a law clerk for the Honorable James B. Sult of the Arizona Court of Appeals (2000-01). During his third year of law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David R. Thompson of the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. He was the Editor-in-Chief of his law school's law review.

Before attending college and law school, Frank was a member of the United States Air Force (1990-94).
