BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Jones Chairs the firm's Zoning Practice Group and has extensive experience developing and implementing zoning and land
use visions for clients. Representation includes working with developers, homebuilders and landowners in real estate development
and entitlements, development agreements, annexation agreements, infrastructure agreements; knowing land use regulatory
standards of various localities (particularly those in the growing Metro-Phoenix West Valley suburbs); and developing and implementing
strategies for public and government relations and advocacy. Mr. Jones has unique experience representing developers of master
planned communities and mixed-use projects, traditional neighborhood developments, New Urbanism projects, and LEED green building and infill developments. Mr. Jones also represents localities and developers implementing innovative regulatory approaches,
including form based codes (FBC), floating traditional neighborhood districts (TNDS), and Planned Area Districts (PADs).
