BIOGRAPHY
Having been with our firm since 1973, Glenn is the senior trial attorney. His litigation efforts focus primarily on issues involving
real property, contract, commercial litigation and intellectual property rights. In addition to the preparation and presentation of cases
before the Arizona Superior Courts and the United States District Courts, Glenn has argued appeals and special actions before the Arizona
Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Glenn makes special appearances
before the state courts in other western states with respect to specific litigation matters. Prior to joining our firm, Glenn was a Deputy
County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney's office where he handled white collar criminal prosecutions, including computer fraud
matters. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Glenn previously served on the Creditors'
Rights/Debtors' Rights Committee of the Arizona State Bar, is a Fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation and is an AV rated attorney by
Martendale Hubbard.
