BIOGRAPHY
Brad’s practice is focused on securities law and transactions. He brings a unique perspective to his practice combining his experience as a lawyer and businessman. Brad has over 25 years experience as a public company CEO, private company CEO, senior executive, practicing lawyer, and law professor. He joined Tiffany & Bosco in September 2009.
Brad formerly was the president and CEO of Gradient Analytics, Inc., an independent stock research firm. Prior to that he was the President and CEO of Simula Inc., a publicly traded company that he led through a successful corporate turn around and merger. He has been an in-house general counsel and practiced securities law in three Phoenix law firms. His experience includes corporate law and finance, IPOs, debt and equity securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, corporate governance, and business management. He has served as a director on four corporate boards including as Audit Committee Chairman of a NASDAQ publicly traded company.
Since 2005 he has been an adjunct professor of law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. His subjects include corporations and securities regulation. He is a member of the State Bars of Texas and Arizona.
