BIOGRAPHY
Beth practices in the areas of real estate, commercial transactions and environmental law. Her experience includes representing buyers, sellers and lenders in purchase and sale transactions and title insurance matters. Beth also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial leases. Beth has drafted various transactional documents including purchase and sale agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, operating agreements and easements.
Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., Beth practiced real estate law at a law firm in Westborough, Massachusetts. Before pursuing a legal career, Beth was an environmental engineer for a Department of Energy contractor where she characterized hazardous and radioactive waste generated by the Department and targeted that waste toward appropriate treatment and disposal systems. |
