BIOGRAPHY
Andrew's practice is focused on the representation of creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters, creditor's rights, collections,
judgment enforcement, commercial litigation and general corporate and commercial transactions. Andrew has represented businesses,
non-profit organizations and individuals in bankruptcy cases, state court matters and transactional negotiations in Arizona.
Andrew is a member of the Bankruptcy Section, State Bar of Arizona; the Consumer Debtors' Attorneys Committee, State
Bar of Arizona; the Maricopa County Bar Association; the Lorna Lockwood Inn of Court; the American Legion; and the National
Association for the Advancement of Colored People (Life Member). He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Arizona Saves,
a non-profit organization which empowers Arizonans to build sustainable self-sufficiency by advancing healthy money management
through education, saving, debt reduction, and asset building.
Before attending law school, Andrew was a commissioned officer
in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Captain. He served his country at Fort Sam Houston, Texas; Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
(Operation Desert Storm); and Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
